We will review and honor returns up to 48 hours from the time you received the item(s). Returns will only be accepted on unworn, tagged, and unused merchandise.

  • We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged / wrong product delivered.
  • Parampra will not provide the option of exchange for any reason including color mismatch or exchanges for size.
  • In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We would request you to send us a mail for any alteration on: parampra@ymail.com before shipping.
  • Please note that there are NO EXCHANGE on Cosmetics, Accessories, Inner Wears, Cotton Sarees, and Cotton Dress materials.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged/wrong product delivered, you should email us a photo of the same product. You must email us at parampra@ymail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition (as you received it), along with the box in which the item was delivered.
  • Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange on a case-by-case basis.
  • In case the product tag is removed/ damaged, the return policy will not be applicable for the same.

  • We are not responsible for the product(s) shipped without our consent.
  • We would request you to send us a mail for any return request on: - parampra@ymail.com with the below-mentioned details: -

    • # Product code
    • # Reason for returning the product
    • # Photo of the product which you intend to deliver back to us.
    • #Tag of the product.
  • Please note that Parampra shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customers' e-mails.
  • All returns are subject to verification by our quality team at Parampra.
  • After examining the product, our team from Parampra will reach you regarding the further process.
  • Please note that once the parcel has been sent across, a valid tracking # has to be provided via an email (parampra@ymail.com) or a telephonic (+9144 22266591) conversation so that we can trace the product and get you a confirmation once we receive it.
  • Never send back any item without consulting with us.
